With our system, each award is not only easily installed, but easily
removed when your ship is ready for its fresh coat of paint. Elimination
of time consuming painting, or trying to apply decals directly to the
ship has made our system cost effective and easy to use.
Each award is made of 1/8" acrylic material, or .030" aluminum
plate with a vinyl graphic applied on it.
The aluminum awards are made from a white baked enamel faced .030
aluminum plate with the appropriate letter laid over it in high performance
vinyl. The white face of the plate blends in with the white color of
the ship.
Our acrylic awards are very attractive, and cost effective. They are
100% cut out in the appropriate color and size. All of our awards utilize
outdoor grade double faced tape for mounting.
They all can be masked off when it is time to re-paint (since they
are raised above the mounting surface due to the thickness of the tape)
or you can remove them with a sharp putty knife, and re-apply after
painting is complete.
We can also provide rolls of tape for re-mounting.
