  A board made from Popplar with black Cherry stained finish and 100% acrylic frames with permanent installation on stand off blocks.  1/8" PVC/gold face lettering with matching gold face blank tags in holders under each picture.  The CS rate and USS NEW YORK crest are digitally printed on laser cut black acrylic backings.
