Here's another set of colored boards that we made from 3/4" MDF material with satin black painted finish. The lettering is the typical PVC/polished gold face used on many of our boards, but the ship's logo and big dipper were done with a digital print that had an outdoor laminate and UV coating.
These boards were 90"Lx9"T and used 6" tall lettering
