A new style of board we are offering is the use of recessed lettering into the face of the board. The CNN not only allows us to create the beveled appearance lettering that has become very popular, but now we have the ability to recess the lettering into the board.
The CNC also gives us the ability to bevel the recessed letters (so they look like beveled letters pressed into the wood) as shown below.
These boards were made from 1.25" thick solid Maple with natural finish and black filled letters. The OSAGE's digitally printed logo was added on the left side under the clear coat finish to protect it.
