This 46" panel uses 1/4" thick Alumalite with Haze Gray painted perimeter to match the ship. The mounting holes were pre drilled from a customer provided template. That allowed them to be mounted using the existing studs on the ship.
The print file was created here from a low resolution image provided by our POC. The result is a very nice image of ESG 5.
